Bob Binney

Bob has over 35 years in financial services providing information technology solutions. He founded Eastmark Consulting, Inc., in 1988. Eastmark specialized in providing information technology support to the Financial Services Industry, focusing primarily on the Mutual Fund, Global Trade/Investment, and Retirement Plan needs.

Bob began his career working for Shawmut Bank of Boston and has held senior positions and consulting roles with Arthur D. Little Systems, Advanced Information Service Company, National Computer Systems, and Computer Aided Decisions. He has provided senior business consulting support during many diverse system implementations - Mutual Fund Shareholder systems, Investment management systems, Portfolio Trade and Record keeping Systems, Trust Accounting Systems and Retirement Plan Systems.

Brian Mulkern

Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Brian spent many years in the Mutual Fund industry with both an Asset Management company and two leading service providers. In 1988, he founded Excalibur Search, an executive recruitment firm focusing exclusively on the financial services sector.

In addition to running Eastmark, Brian is very active both in the recruiting industry and with local charties. His volunteer work includes:

• President of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services.
• Co-Chairman of the New England Association of Personnel Services annual conference.
• Board Member of Mutual Funds Against Cancer, a Jimmy Fund / Dana Farber charity.
